Client Feedback & Desirre Quotes

The class is very informative and I found many things to change how I thought of birth and how I want my birth to be. It is a class I highly recommend being given by Desirre. — J.H.

With an epidural women can still stay very present by not bolusing with more medication, asking to be turned and moved every 30 minutes to help baby rotate and move down, have epidural turned off prior to pushing so she can feel her bottom and the contractions to push as well as have more mobility.

  • Really wish I could have done these amazing exercises when I gave birth, but bc I had to get epidural they would not let me move out of my bed! Any tips for that?
