Childbirth & Breastfeeding Classes

smiling baby, text reads "childbirth, breastfeeding, confidence"

This is not your mama’s childbirth class! Hipster, hippie, and hot mess parents all find common ground here. Breathing exercises, birth balls, and bonding bring us all together as we share stories, food, and laughter.

As a result, you and your partner will grow in confidence as your family grows.

Preparing for Birth has opened registration for Colorado Springs childbirth classes and breastfeeding classes in 2019.

Register today for a lighthearted, interactive, and relevant class series or workshop. Rather than teaching one method, we present the best evidence and broadest range of tools to help you customize your own unique approach to your birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding journey.

We offer weeknight, weekend, and privately scheduled classes. We are able to serve as many families as possible. Our educators are all midwives or student midwives. In addition, we each hold childbirth educator certification through Lamaze or CAPPA.

Take a look at the schedule below, and choose which class suits you best. Click here to see current dates and to register.
